A Bit of Progress!

We found out on Tuesday that Mikayla Tamir's birth certificate is ready to go, which another step in getting that embassy date that we have been praying for!  It was WAY cool to see Brian and I listed as her father and mother.  As our case manager mentioned when we asked about the possibility of getting the December 28th embassy date, "there are still plenty of opportunities for delay."  Her passport needs to be ready, she needs to have another round of medical testing, and there are only 10 slots for each embassy date.  Lots of hurdles, but we have a strong hope that everything will be in place by December 14th so that we can be assigned an embassy date of December 28th.  Please pray with us!
