A Different Kind of Christmas Miracle

Well, friends we have what one calls an Ethiopian Christmas miracle on our hands.  Christmas is celebrated on January 7th in Ethiopia, and we are LEAVING TO GO PICK MIKAYLA UP ON JANUARY 8th!!!  Originally we thought that our Christmas miracle was traveling to pick her up for our Christmas, but we are celebrating that God works everything in His timing.
If you live anywhere near us, the noise you heard this morning were my shouts for joy, songs of praise, and general freaking out from excitement when Brian called to share the news. Our agency collected our additional documentation, translated it, and submitted it to the embassy in what I think is record time, so we are cleared to travel for the January 11th embassy date.  We serve a mighty God, and miracles happen.

Prasing Him as I pack and prepare to fly around the world in TWO days to be united as a family.
